Yes this is compatible with the Sony A7 IV and with any V-Mount Battery that has a P-Tap output!

Hi, I kindly ask you to explain if there is a voltage conversion. I think that the A7 camera is not intended to be powered up with 14,5 V straight from v-mount battery. Thanks for clarification.

Yes this voltage is regulated meaning it will provide the same voltage to the camera as a standard Sony NP-FZ100 battery!

Yes this cable will provide the same amount of voltage as a standard NP-FZ100 battery and is compatible with the Sony FX3!
