Perfect fit!!
I am very happy with this mount. I am doing longer full day shoots now. Having this battery attached I can keep my gimbal powered up all day. Its all metal where it needs to be, its light and feels like great quality. Just be sure to pair it with the correct size batter if you plan on mounting this on the bottom, or it will hit the gimbal arm.

Are you able to power the entire ring + the ronin itself with ONLY the v mount battery? Or the the ronin battery handle have to have power?

You are able to power the entire Ring Grip and the Ronin with just a V-Mount Battery when not using the Ronin Battery Handle!
