Introducing the Tilta Illusion Magnetic Filter Ultimate Kit
The foundation of this kit is the Circular Polarizer Filter which can quickly magnetically connect to the included Adapter Rings and come in three different variations.
All three Polarizers and can be rotated to produce accurate and vibrant colors by limiting reflected light and preventing unwanted glare caused by reflective surfaces such as water or glass.
The standard Circular Polarizer Filter functions as a normal Polarizer, while one variation includes 5 stops of Neutral Density (ND) for greater exposure control and the other variation features Black Mist 1/4 for a softer, more diffused cinematic look.
Once attached to an Adapter Ring, the Polarizer can be locked in place and stacked with the VND Adapter to create a Variable ND Filter that can be adjusted between 1- 5 or 5-10 stops depending on which Polarizer is being used.
This allows users to keep consistent exposure when lighting conditions change unexpectedly and make it easy to swap between VND ranges.
This kit includes two screw on adapters for photography and cinema lenses with 77mm or 82mm front filter threads. Additional sizes can be purchased separately.
The included Protective Covers mount the front and back of the Illusion Magnetic Filters. They can be used on a single filter or multiple filters when they are magnetically stacked and locked together. This allows users to safely travel with a protected and compact stack of filters.
