Is it possible to buy new 15mm rod bushings by themselves? I want to be able to get the official Tilta ones and not buy some third party ones online or have to spend the money to replace the entire rod mount.

Can I purchase only the replacement screw? I love the system but this mount has been problematic. I have had the screw strip out over a half dozen times in the last 2 years... I have pulled replacement screws from old tilta hardware previously but have just run out of spares... Please advise, Thank You!

We heavily use the Nucleus M system at the checkout center in our college, and the screw on the rod mount listed above has stripped out well over a half dozen times in last 2 years.... I have managed to salvage replacement screws from old and retired tilta hardware, however, I just ran out of my last backup. Can I purchase the SCREW ONLY? The mount is fine, and we love the system, but the screw has been a constant headache. I would buy 2 more systems if I knew I could obtain replacement screws as needed. Please Advise. Thank You!

Do you sell a rod mount that comes with connected bushings? Once they come out, its almost impossible to get each of the bushings back inside the rod mount. Also, the washers kep falling from the mount whenever the screw is wide open when trying for instance to mount it on a rod while bypassing , say, the lens support?

This rod mount includes the bushings for 15mm rods, but we do not have a version with them permanently installed. Please contact our support team for help re-installing these and for more information on how to work with the washers: support @tilta.com

How do you remove the bushing so as to mount it on the 19mm rods?

You can fully unscrew the toggle screw to open the rod mount up and the bushing can slide out! Please contact our support team for additional help: sales-de@tilta.com
