Hi, I kindly ask you to explain if there is a voltage conversion. I think that the A7 camera is not intended to be powered up with 14,5 V straight from v-mount battery. Thanks for clarification.

Yes this voltage is regulated meaning it will provide the same voltage to the camera as a standard Sony NP-FZ100 battery!
