This Battery Plate allows you to adapt the RED Komodo’s Canon BP Battery Slots to a V-mount battery plate in a vertical position.
This allows you to power your camera longer via higher capacity V-mount batteries which supports shooting for longer periods of time without swapping batteries.
The vertical position of this plate helps keep you system balanced, accommodates batteries of various sizes and provides easier access to the ports on the back of the camera body.
This battery plate also provides additional power outputs for supporting various accessories such as external monitors or wireless follow focus systems.
