Hello,At first all, thanks for the cooling system ZV-E1 is top and i'm super happy. But I have a question and I don't understand why it doesn't work in this situation. I have a little powerbank for my mobil phone 5V 2A in output I use an USB cable : USB A > USB-C and the Tilta Cooling doesn't work. But if I use my charger mobil phone. 5V 2A but the USB link is USB C > USB C. The Tilta system works ; why ? Is it an question of watt ? Thanks for your answerDenis

We generally recommend using USB-C to USB-C in order to power this system, but any source that delivers 5V/2A should work! The cable you are using could be the issue in this case. Please contact our support team for further assistance: sales-de@tilta.com

Do I need the full cage or can I just get the base or half cage to mount this fan?
T
Tilta answered on 10/20/2023

This is compatible with both the Full and Half Camera Cage for the Sony ZV-E1: half-camera-cage-for-sony-zv-e1/

Tilta answered on 10/20/2023

This specific Cooling System is only compatible with our Full and Half Camera Cages for the Sony ZV-E1. We have a different model of cooling system that includes a small baseplate which makes it compatible directly with many camera systems: tiltaing-cooling-system-black/

I¡¯m curious if you guys ran any test using this awesome accessory but also recording externally to say an Atomos Ninja V. Would the record time be even further extended? Thank you in advance ????
T
Tilta answered on 07/28/2023

We have not tested this while recording externally! All data was gathered while internally recording. It is safe to assume that the run time could be further extended by recording externally, but we do not have exact numbers for this at this time!
