Introducing the Full Camera Cage for Nikon ZR
This camera cage is designed to provide improved protection for the Nikon ZR camera body while serving as the foundation to build from to support additional accessories.
Mounting points include M3 Threads, a Cold Shoe Receiver, 1/4″-20 Threads with Locating Points and a 3/8″-16 to 1/4″-20 Adapter.
This camera cage features two additional points of contact between the cage. A security attachment on the top left side mounts to the camera’s strap slot, while a locating pin on the bottom next to the 1/4″-20 mounting screw helps limit rotation from the camera within the cage.
The modular design allows the full cage to be disassembled into an L-Bracket Style Half Cage when needed. This provides fewer mounting points, but reduces the total weight of the system, ideal for filmmakers using gimbals or moving quickly while shooting.
The included Cable Clamp mounts to the side of the cage and provides additional security for a USB-C and Micro HDMI Cable. The inclusion of thumb screws makes this accessory quick to adjust as needed.
