This Full Camera Cage provides protective armor for the Sony a7 IV, a1, a7S III, a7R IV, a7R V, a7 III, a7R III, A9 and allows you to secure different accessories to improve the camera’s functionality.
The Full Cage features several 3/8″-16 and 1/4”-20 threads with locating pins, cold shoe receivers, and a NATO Rail for Type IV and VI Side Handles.
It also features an ARRI Compatible Rosette Connection as well as Rod Attachment Ports for our optional Single Rod Holders.
The rosette is specifically designed for our Tiltaing Compact NATO Top Handle for more flexible operating and handling.
The Bottom Plate provides 1/4″-20 threads for attaching your camera to various quick release plates and is compatible with the Tiltaing 15mm LWS Baseplate Type IV.
The included Slotted Screwdriver allows you to quickly assemble or disassemble the cage and various accessories. It also conveniently attaches to the bottom of the cage for storage.
Good the shipping was a little overpriced, but the quality is good.
I love the look and feel of the cage and so far I am extremely happy with it. If I could change one thing, it would be to add a way to fasten the cage to the camera from the right side as well.
My first Tilta product having had only Redrock Micro in the past. Very impressed by overall design, quality and practical use. Does not add a lot of bulk to the camera. I like that the left side can also be a secondary grip. The new NATO handle is a must for the cage. Overall, very pleased and well worth the price.
Took almost a month to receive my sony A7IV cage that was already in stock at the time I placed the order. Costumer service representative were not available any time.
A very bad experience
Easy to assemble attachments. Works well with smallrig side handle too. Would recommend
