The build quality is exceptional – very precise and the gear is aluminum , anodized (black) and comes with a simple thumb screw to easily attach to a Tilta Lens motor. I needed a gear to attach to an encoder to pull zoom data from Cine lenses that do not have internal encoders. I am now a faithful Tilta customer and highly recommend this gear and other Tilta products.
