Description

This P-tap to 5.5mm x 2.1mm DC male power cable allows you to power DC power-based accessories through a P-tap power port on your camera rig. This forgoes needing to use additional batteries to power your accessories and instead use the main power supply that’s also powering your camera, maintaining a small form factor for your camera setup.

This outputs 14.8V via P-TAP and my monitor needs 12V. Will this work or do I need a 5.5/2.1 mm male to 5.5/2.1 mm male?

Yes as long as you are using a 12V 5.5/2.1mm DC Port!
