This item is not working. I plug in into my RS3 Pro and the unit does not power on. The entire rig gets power except the wireless receiver doesn't turn on. What's the solution?

Hi, mine came with hydra alien and it only work when hard wired. When I connect it to a gimbal and press power nothing happens (I made sure 10 times the pins are aligned and tried both sides of the RS2). Does it only work wired or wireless too?

This should work both wirelessly and through the wired connection! You can double press the pairing button on the unit itself and then connect to it via the EZ Mode setting on the handle. Please contact our support team for further assistance: sales-de@tilta.com

This can be installed on either the left or right side of the gimbal!

Can i use the module to control two motors?Can i use nucleus controller?thank you

This module CANOOT be used to control a focus motor directly! It can only control one DJI Focus Motor when connected to the RS2 or RS3 Pro Gimbal Body! These Receivers are NOT compatible with the Nucleus Controller.
