You could theoretically use a step down ring from 143mm to 136mm or use the 15mm Rod Adapter and mount this matte box via rods!

This backing worked brilliantly on a run-and-gun action film were we were using Atlas Anamorphic lenses with Arri Mini cameras. The matte box was light weight and super secure and reliable even running around the desert and jumping into and out of stunt, camera and picture cars repeatedly during a hi-octane film shoot.
Backing for MB-T12 Clamp-on Matte Box
Very happy with the Tilta Matte box and the backing plate. Solidly constructed. Would get another one if I have the need.
