This adapter allows you to adapt the RED Komodo’s dual Canon BP battery slots to a AB-mount battery plate.
This allows you to use higher capacity AB-mount batteries to power your camera setup, keeping battery swaps to a minimum.

TBH all of your gold mount plates are a bit disappointing. Idk why p-tap is disappearing from your guys’ catalogue, but it seems like you guys are going backwards in time. 2-pin and 3-pin is a bit old school (dont get me wrong – i love it!) but most everybody is switching to p-tap connectors so its easier for us all to get all our cables in p-tap. Bebop even has that reversible p-tap port on their battery plates. Time for you guys to compete!!! I love your guys’ stuff, but im starting to have to look elsewhere just to make sure my plates have ptap!
