Arm your camera with the Tiltaing Camera Cage for the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro and 6K G2.
This Camera Cage for the BMPCC6K Pro/G2 provides protective armor for the camera body and allows you to secure different accessories to improve the camera’s functionality.
The Full Cage offers several 1/4”-20 threads with locating pins, cold shoe receivers, a NATO Rail for Type IV and VI Side Handles, as well as a Rod Attachment Ports for our Single Rod Holders.
It also features ARRI compatible rosettes, which are specifically designed for our Adjustable Top Handle Plus for more flexible operating and handling.
The right side arm module can be removed to turn this Full Cage into a Half Cage.
This offers more flexibility in situations where lighter builds are required such as when using a gimbal.
The Bottom Plate provides several 1/4″-20 mounting points for attaching your camera to various quick release plates and is compatible with the ARCA Receiver of the RS2 Mounting Plate.
When using the Half Cage, the bottom plate can be extended to support the Black Magic Design Battery Grip.
You do not know how long I have been waiting for this and it is finally here and it is fantastic! I love that there are two 1/4 20’s on the bottom for a secure and anti-twist factor. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the top screw gets in the way of the top handle and it doesn’t allow the top handle to go all the way in so it’s like a quarter of the way out of the cold shoe rail.
The magnet that was holding the allen key in place below the cage detached. Thus I lost the magnet and the allen key. It’s not a deal breaker. It’s just a bummer.
