Would be nice if I had the Ring Grip
Really need the Advanced Ring grip to be able to write a review on the power module. I’ve been waiting since November 2020 for the Ring Grip, will wait to see what happens.

Can you power the ring with a battery trough the p-tap on this device? Or does it just output?

Can this unit be mounted on the bottom tube power connector (on the right side from the gimbal) or is it only for the top tube?

Yes! It can be mounted on any of the four contact points.

When gimbal is off, p-tap shows 16.8v on multimeter, but when i turn on the gimbal, voltage jumps to 17.4. Why? I dont want to risk using it with my devices on more than 16.8v.Tilta advanced ring is being powered by rs2 battery grip (no additional vmount or other batteries)
