This Soft Shell Case is designed to store and protect the Basic/Advanced Ring Grip, the DJI RS2 Gimbal and other relevant DJI Ecosystem accessories.
This allows you to safely transport the Ring Grip and RS2 between shooting locations and neatly store them when it is not in use.
The built in dividers allow you to easily organize your equipment, accessories and various cables.
The double sided design maximizes space and accommodates almost any size RS2 build.
The waterproof polyester design protects the case from hazards like rain and snow while preventing air pressure from building up when flying with the case.
The case also features a trolley sleeve, allowing you to easily secure the case to your luggage or pelican case handle.
The Tilta Advanced Ring is an incredibly powerful tool, and probably the best of its class for size, weight and price. This bag add the advantage of transporting the ring, RS2 gimbal, and a reasonable amount of batteries, cables, tools and accessories in a travel-friendly package. When flying, I pack my case in a split duffel bag for extra protection with some clothes. One caveat is the battery plates have trouble fitting, and you might feel like you need to remove them (I don¡¯t). The velcro straps feel thin and fragile and I¡¯m not entirely confident in the durability. I am also a power user who builds and assembles their Tilta ring and travels with it multiple times a week. I stuff bubble wrap between the RS2 Gimbal and the bottom section of the ring to keep them from smashing into each other in transit. In the end, the Tilta Ring is an extremely lightweight, affordable tool that doesn¡¯t have the best durability, but punches well above its weight if you use it for work constantly. It¡¯s hard to ask more of an $80 bag when hard cases for larger gimbals can cost many hundreds of dollars more. I¡¯m extremely happy with the opportunity that the Ring has given me, and this bag only stretches its usefulness to become an essential lightweight tool for solo travelers.
