This Compact NATO top handle easily and securely attaches to the top of the Sony a7 IV full camera cage.
It provides several 1/4”-20 and 3/8”-16 mounting points as well as one cold shoe mounting point on the front of the handle.

Love this handle with my Nikon Z8 cage. Works very nice as a top handle. Have even used it as a side handle at times. That can be tricky sometimes with mounting since it’s not made for it. But overall I love it.
I have a question. Is it also a 3/8?16 mounting point in front of the lens below cold shew mount?
Wondering about the mounting options for the monitor.
