Description

  • [FOCUS CONTROL] Power and Control the Nucleus Nano via an optional Micro USB Cable
  • [RECORD TO SSD] via the Built In Samsung T5 SSD Holder

This side handle attaches to the Tiltaing camera cages for Sony a7/a9, Canon 5D, and Panasonic S1.

A battery port on the bottom of the handle allows you to use a Sony F970 battery to power the Nucleus Nano motor via the 8V Micro-USB power output.

A 12V DC output is also integrated into the handle.

A built-in finger wheel allows you to control the Nucleus Nano motor through a wired connection and a run/stop button allows you to control the record start/stop function of your camera through an optional Nucleus-Nano R/S cable (for cameras that support this function).

The handle also has an integrated Samsung T5 SSD card holder.

**Note: The handle communicates with the Nano motor through a wired connection and does not function wirelessly

    I guess if one bought this handle he’ll need to stick to samsung t5, correct? (or give up on the screw lock connector)

Can the sensitivity of the focus wheel be adjusted via the Nano focus wheel? It works great, but a little oversensitive with longer lenses, especially the DZO Vespid 90mm Macro.I'm using it on a Ursa Mini 12kThanks

Sensitivity on this focus dial cannot be adjusted as it is designed to always match the hard stops on the lens the motor is calibrated to!

how do you connect the stop / record to a7sII sony?it impossible to connect focus motor at same time?I can't find where to connect the stop / record option?I'm using the Tilta Side Focus Handle Type I (F970 Battery) I saw only two connection , one 12v to camera and other Micro USB to focus motor, where to connect the stop/record options?

Will this handle ever work with the nano ii motor? I purchased this and the nano ii motor not thinking there was 2 different motors available.

This handle is not compatible with the Nucleus M Motor unfortunately! We recommend using the Nucleus M Hand Grips: nucleus-m-handle-grip-left/
