Tilta Lightweight Shoulder Rig - Black

Being a cameraman for a few years now and i hate most shoulder rigs. This one you can adjust any which way. The handles are long enough so you aren't holding your arms so high up to get tired. It's very stable and the camera really stays on there. It's a very good product. i would recommend to others.

Especially for the price there's nothing else this comfortable, versatile and well-built. There's only one thing I would love to see improved: Two more anti-twist mounting points where the handle-grip rosettes are. The current mid-extension rod is fine but I'd like a simple mounting point further out - I ordered two of each of these products from your competitor to compensate: CAMVATE L-Type Dual-Sided ARRI Rosette Extension Mount CAMVATE L-Type Dual-Sided ARRI Rosette Extension Mount C3460 --- and --- CAMVATE Double-sided M6 ARRI Rosette Mounts With 3/8"-16 Mounting Screw & ARRI Locating Pins CAMVATE Double-sided M6 ARRI Rosette Mounts With 3/8"-16 Mounting Screw & ARRI Locating Pins
C2963 to compensate and provide a clean, simple, secure monitor mount and Nucleus Nano II NATO rail mount close to the hand-grips. If you provide something like that either as an additional Tilta product or as a modification on the next version I'd give you a full 5 Stars.

Seems pretty sturdy.

Received this a few days before a wedding gig. I typically shoot my rigged camera handheld but wanted to try something new. This makes the job easier, quick to set up, and looks cool! Only thing I wish it had were more threads by the handle to rig up additional items to it. But overall its super amazing!

I have 2 beefier shoulder rigs, but this one is great for when I need a quick, easy, minimal, but fully sufficient setup.

Perfect equipment with Arca Swiss and Manfrotto standard. Of course if u need to mount bigger cameras you will need adapters. Light and strong. For me very good investment.

Excellent product, all the material is of very good quality and we are very happy with the TILTA brand.

I really love this shoulder setup. It's lightweight but durable, and it's very form fitting. My one complaint is that, unlike the comparable smallrig shoulder rig, this one doesn't allow for you to put the camera on a tripod. I do miss my smallrig quick release tripod mount, but I will say that the Tilta setup is way more comfortable to operate for long periods of time.

Unfortunately it was processed and delivered with out adding the offered discount to the system. I needed a shoulder rig system and this one seemed reasonable. However it's a bit to put it together to personal prefence

I have no idea how Tilta is able to offer this rig at such an affordable price compared to similar products from their competitors. I have nothing bad to say about this rig. Extremely comfortable, adjustable in every possible way, you can?‘t get it better than that. Got it at Black Friday so had a very good deal too.

I've own a number of different handheld rigs but this is simply the best, well thought out and built handheld support rigs I've ever used. It rivals that of systems costing 5 times as much. Bravo!

Ok, the back-pad is too hard and quite uncomfortable.
Also the handles are to close to each other. I accounted for it and bought some angled Arri-Rosettes.

The product is as advertised. Quality built and sturdy for on the run shots.

It's extremely comfy. Solid construction.

Let me get through the cons first. I personally have really long arms so I ended up buying some rosette arm extensions that made it a bit more comfortable for myself, that may be my only comfort complaint. Also the padded back shoulder attachment, while awesome, squeaks and creaks a lot. the springs inside that help it to pivot to the shape of your shoulder are either super low quality or mounted strangely because they cause a lot of noise. The only other downside is the tightening clamp that holds the cross bar that connects the shoulder mount to the arms doesn't hold all that well. I ended up really cranking down on the tightener and that seemed to help but it didn't feel all that good to tighten it down that hard, I really have to pry on it to get to go tight enough.

This is pretty nit picky, however I would love to see those adjustments. Comparably to any other shoulder mount is already on the better side of the market for shoulder mounts. Those adjustments would just put it right over the edge as the best shoulder mount on the market. I really do love this thing.

It has everything I need from a shoulder rig. Easy to switch between c70 and c300 if I need to. The only downside is I lost two washers already, the screws have no lock stop, can be easily unscrew.

The next day I got it I put it to work, so far it has been in 5 productions and it has been awesome. No complaints, super stable, good strong build and it can hold an Alexa Mini with Orion anamorphics so, that?‘s good.

Phenomenal. Has it all and can easily be modified for ANY need. Highly recommend.

So far so good. I like the case it came in. The case has extra pockets for your own rigging needs. I also love how lightweight it is. It's definitely a base for something greater. Once I get better handles I think I'll be happy. I wish the handles came with 1/4 20" underneath them. More connections the better but overall nice build quality. I would also like a way to quickly put it on a tripod. The dove tail is nice for the camera itself but if it's fully rigged, it would be easier to just dropped the whole thing on a tripod.

It feels great on the shoulder, amazingly light and stable! All cameras feel the same due to the central-weight distribution. Handles are comfortable and well placed. The idea of having a support pad makes shooting low and top angles a piece of cake! Keep impressing us!!
