This advanced handle attaches to the left side of Tiltaing camera cages. A battery port on the bottom of the handle allows you to use a Sony F570 battery to power various accessories via the 8V USB-C and 12V DC power outputs.
A built-in run/stop button allows you to control the record start/stop function of your camera through an optional R/S cable (for cameras that support this function).
NOTE: The Type V Adapter features a Tilta Standard Rosette which is compatible with some, but not all ARRI Rosettes
Hi there, I bought the Tilta Lighweight FX3 Cage Kit Pro and I am unable to get the handle to trigger the Sony FX3 to record or stop.
The handle is connected to the camera via the supplied cable and powered via the required battery. Do you have any ideas what the problem could be?
Same as above, connected the cable and the side handle red button doesn’t work.
Feels great in the hand. Wish the item came with the batter so it could be used right out of the box.
Hi there, I bought the siii kit, with an R/S cable with it, the camera end looks like a sony Multi plug, I connect the handle with camera but it’s not working on the record button, anything I missed?
Nice handle and helps greatly when shooting hand held shots. Disappointed it can’t use the 970 batterie like their earlier handle and that it doesn’t have the lens control feature the earlier handle has. If you’re holding on to the handle it’s more difficult managing your focus with a prime or non AF lens. Having Run/Stop is nice but focus would be better.
